Refund Offer and Details

I believe in the basic goodness of people, which is why FCP has (and always will have) a "No Questions Asked" refund policy. If you've purchased one of our products and are unhappy with it, just fill out the below form and we'll get your money back to you as quickly as we can. It's usually within 24 hours, though there are times when I'm travelling that it can take a few days.

If you'd like to give us feedback on why you didn't like our product, please do so in the last part of the form. It's not necessary, but it does help us improve. We work very hard to give our visitors and customers the best we can. We keep these things priced low to make sure that everyone can afford it. If it truly didn't help you, we'd love to know how we could make it better.

One last thing: You must be willing to receive the refund by Paypal. I'm not going to mail out money orders. ;) Considering that all purchases go through Paypal, I don't see this being a problem for anyone.
